Delivery 


1. Body & mind will use reasonable endeavours to deliver an order within 3 to 9 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.
2. You will be required to sign for all deliveries. 
3. During Sale periods and promotional offers, delivery may take longer.
 

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

For the Right of Withdrawal please see below.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and originally sealed. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Book with obvious signs of use 
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

 

If the item you have received is defective, please notify Body&mind d.o.o. promptly and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. Body&mind d.o.o. will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.


Refunds (if applicable) 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 


Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at manager@body-mind.org
and send your item to Body&mind d.o.o. Vinarje 18, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia.


Gifts 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 


Shipping 


To return your product, you should mail your product to Body&mind d.o.o. Vinarje 18, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

The Right of withdrawal

 

The right of Withdrawal applies to Consumers only. »Consumer« means any natural person who is acting for purposes that are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

 

You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us: peter.ostrez@gmail.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to simply fill in the Withdrawal form below and return the goods to us according to the Shipping.

However, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order before the withdrawal period has expired (. Please send the Withdrawal Form to:

Effects of withdrawal 


We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw when the withdrawal was in due time. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated in the EU countries according to the Shipping Fee stated in the Shipping Policy.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
